There shall be an Education Commission consisting of five (5) Lincoln Heights citizens, appointed by the Council. At the time of the first appointment under this Charter, three (3) members will be appointed for four (4) year terms, and two (2) will be appointed for two-year terms. Thereafter all appointments will be for four (4) years. Membership shall consist of two high school-aged students and three adults. All rules, regulations, procedures, requirements necessary for the operation of said Commission shall be prescribed by ordinance.
