Section 11.06   TAX BOARD OF REVIEW.
   The Council shall create and establish a Tax Board of Review and the membership of the Board shall be appointed by the Mayor with approval of Council. All rules, regulations, procedures, and requirements necessary for the operations of said Board shall be established by ordinance.
