Every officer and employee of the Municipality shall, before entering his/her duties, take and subscribe to the following oath to be filed with the Clerk:
“I solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the Constitution of the United States and of the State of Ohio and will obey the laws thereof, and that I will, in all respects, observe the provisions of the Charter and ordinances of the Municipality of Lincoln Heights and will faithfully discharge the duties of upon which I am about to enter.”
