§ 73.04 POSSESSION OF AN OPEN FLASK.

(A) No person shall possess, control, or otherwise use an open flask or container which contains an alcoholic beverage or drink, while operating a motor vehicle or while in physical control, custody, or possession of a motor vehicle.

(B) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
