§ 72.96   TRUCK AND MOTOR VEHICLE TRAFFIC RESTRICTED ON CERTAIN STREETS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to operate any trucks over Shepherd Lane within the boundaries of the Village of Lincoln Heights without restriction or limitation as to length, width, tractor trailer configuration or number of axles and subject to all restrictions established by the Ohio Department of Transportation or United States Department of Transportation for trucks operating as defined by 23 C.F.R. 658.5 during the following times of day:
      (1)   Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. the following day; or
      (2)   From 12:00 noon on Saturday to and through 6:00 a.m. the following Monday.
   (B)   Whoever is convicted for violation of this section shall be fined not more than $300 for the first offense and for the second and subsequent offenses, he or she shall be fined not more than $500 for each offense or imprisonment for not more than 30 days for each violation or both.
