Section 7.01 INITIATIVE.

The initiative powers are reserved by this Charter to the people of the Municipality of Lincoln Heights. Such powers shall be exercised in the manner provided by the Constitution and laws of the State of Ohio, except that all documents, which according to the laws of the State are to be filed with the Auditor, shall be filed with the Clerk of the Municipality.
