§ 71.02   IMPROPER USE OF NONCOMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE.
   (A)   No person shall use a motor vehicle registered as a noncommercial motor vehicle for other than the purposes set forth in Ohio R.C. § 4501.01.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
