§ 42.10   CHARTER REVISION COMMITTEE.
   There shall be a Charter Revision Committee which shall consist of three members who are electors of the municipality, appointed by the Mayor with the concurrence of Council for staggered five-year terms. At the time of the first appointment under this Charter, two members shall be appointed for five-year terms and one member shall be appointed for a three-year term. Thereafter, all appointments shall be for five years. Members shall serve without compensation. The Committee shall adopt such rules as it deems necessary for the performance of its function. The Committee shall periodically review the Charter and make written reports to Council recommending amendments to the Charter to be submitted to the voters.
