Section 3.11   CHIEF OF POLICE
   The Chief of Police shall be appointed by the Manager with the approval of Council.  The Chief of Police shall be a member of the Administrative Service under the supervision and control of the Village Manager pursuant to Section 3.03 of the Charter.
