Section 3.10   DIRECTOR OF LEGAL SERVICES.
   The Director of Legal Services shall be an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio. He/she shall perform such duties as may be assigned to the office of Municipal Solicitor by general law as well as those imposed by the Administrative Code and this Charter. The Director shall be appointed by the Manager with the approval of Council.
