(A) The Public Works Department of the village shall be composed of four full-time members and two part-time members as follows:
(1) Full-time Director of Public Works.
(2) Full-time equipment operator.
(3) Full-time equipment operator.
(4) Full-time maintenance worker.
(5) Part-time custodian.
(6) Part-time code enforcer.
(B) The head of the Public Works Department shall be the Director of Public Works, who shall be appointed by the Village Manager and shall serve at the pleasure of the Village Manager.
(C) The Director of Public Works shall fill all vacancies and make all promotions within the Public Works Department, subject to the approval of the Village Manager.
(D) Council shall establish the compensation for the Director of Public Works and all members of the Public Works Department.
