The Council shall appoint, with five (5) members concurring, a Manager for an indefinite term. The Manager shall have the powers and perform the duties set forth in this Charter or by ordinance.
The first Council elected under this Charter shall select a Manager within 90 days of their taking office. In the 90-day interim period, the duties of the Manager described herein shall be exercised by the council member selected as Mayor.
