The Clerk shall record in a properly indexed book all ordinances and resolutions adopted by Council. Printed copies of all ordinances and resolutions and charter amendments shall be available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk of Council. All legislation must be posted for at least 14 days after adoption in five conspicuous places in the municipality, in accordance with the Rules of Council.
