§ 40.05 IDENTITY THEFT POLICY.
   The Village Council has determined that it is in the best interests of the residents of the Village to establish an identity theft policy to ensure the Village is operating in compliance with the federal “Red Flag Rule” that goes into effect on August 1, 2009.
