§ 153.012 ZONING OF ANNEXED AREAS.

Any area annexed to the village shall immediately on such annexation be classified as an R-1 Low Density Residential District until a zoning map for that area has been adopted by the Village Council. The Planning Commission shall recommend appropriate zoning for such area within three months after the matter is referred to it by the Village Council.
