(A) Generally. Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is set forth shall be subject to the penalty provisions set forth in § 10.99.
(B) Unsafe structures. Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of the subchapter set forth in §§ 150.60et seq. shall on conviction be guilty of a misdemeanor in the fourth degree subject to a fine not to exceed $250 and imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
