(A) The current edition of the Cincinnati Building Code and any subsequent amendatory provisions thereof are hereby adopted by reference as the Housing Code of the Village of Lincoln Heights. Provided, however, that with regard to the issuance of night-time construction permits provided for in Section 1101-59.1, the City Engineer and/or the Director of Buildings and Inspections may issue permits for night-time construction between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. the following day, only when an emergency exists regarding gas, electric, water, sewer, or telecommunications.
(B) A copy of the current Cincinnati Building Code and any amendatory provisions thereof shall be filed with the original copy of this section.
