The municipal corporation now existing in the County of Hamilton, State of Ohio, and known as the “Village of Lincoln Heights,” and herein after referred to in this Charter as the “Municipality,” shall continue to be a municipal corporation with all the privileges and powers pertaining thereto. The Municipality shall have the boundaries that now exist and shall have the authority to change its boundaries by annexation, detachment, and other proceedings authorized by the general laws of the State of Ohio. Territory added to the Municipality shall immediately become subject to the provisions of this Charter.
