The Planning and Zoning Director shall act as the Building Inspector unless otherwise appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. It shall be the duty of the Building Inspector to enforce all regulations relative to the construction, alteration, removal, and demolition of buildings and structures, and to make all necessary inspections as required.
