(A) The boundaries of the Spring Creek tributary coordinated drainage area are as set forth below and the map thereof on file in the office of the Auditor (attached as Exhibit A). Any discrepancies shall be resolved by reference to the map rather than the physical descriptions set forth herein.
(B) The Spring Creek tributary coordinated drainage area boundary shall be comprised of all the following property: Lots 1 through 6 in Block 1, Lots 1 through 14 in Block 2, Lots 1 through 17 in Block 3, Lots 1 through 16 in Block 4, and Lots 1 through 7 in Block 5 all in Elmen Acres; Tract A of Yager’s Addition; the south 150 feet of the north 1,870 feet of the west 290.4 feet of the east 365.4 feet all located in the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 17 including Julie Drive, Becky Drive, and Elmen Place rights-of-way; Tracts 1 through 7 and 9 through 14 of Hanson’s Second Addition; Tracts 1 through 5 of Johnson’s Addition; Lots 1 through 3 of Budd’s Subdivision; Lot 1 in Tract 15 of Hanson’s Second Addition; Tracts A, B, C, and Lots 1 and 2 in Tract D of Thornton’s Addition all in the Southwest Quarter of Section 16 including Cody Road right-of-way; Tract 1, 2A, 3A, 4A, and 5 through 22 of Mystic Ridge Addition all in the West Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 21 including Split Creek Court right-of-way; Tracts 1 through 33 of Twin Creek Addition; Tract 3 of Evenson’s Addition all in the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 21, including Saddlerock Place, Chateau Court, Ravine Court, Atterbury Court, and Dexter Court all in Township 100 North, Range 49 West of the fifth P.M. the county.
(C) More particularly described as follows: commencing at the southeast corner of Section 17, Township 100 North, Range 49 West of the fifth P.M. the county, thence west along the south line said Section 17 to the west line of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter; thence north along said west line 33 feet to the north right-of-way of 270th/85th Street and the point of beginning; thence continuing north along said west line to the north line of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter; thence east along said north line to the east line of the Southeast Quarter; thence continuing east into Section 16, Township 100 North, Range 49 West along the north line of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter to the east line of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter; thence south along said east line to the north line of Thornton’s Addition, thence east along said north line to the east line of the Southwest Quarter; thence south along said east line to the north right-of-way line of 270th Street; thence east along said north line for 40 feet; thence south to the south right-of-way line of 270th Street; thence east along said right-of- way to a point 90 feet west of the west line of Evenson’s Tract 2, thence north to the north right-of-way of 270th street, thence east along said right-of-way line 40 feet; thence south to the south right-of-way line of 270th Street; thence east along said right-of-way to the west line of Evenson’s Tract 2, thence south/southwesterly following along the west line of said Tract 2 to the south line of the Northeast Quarter, thence west then south continuing along the west line of said Tract 2 to the southwest corner of said Tract 2, thence east along the south line of said Tract 2 to the east line of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter, thence south along said east line to north right-of-way of 271st Street, thence west along said right-of-way line to the west line of the Southeast Quarter, thence north along said west line to the north line of the Southeast Quarter, thence north along the west line of the Northeast Quarter to the south right-of-way of 270th Street, thence west along said right-of-way a distance of 80 feet, thence north to the north right-of-way of 270th Street, thence west following along said right-of-way to the west line of the Southwest Quarter, thence west continuing along the right-of-way to the point of beginning.
