Any person who violates any of the provisions of § 130.01 or who fails to comply therewith shall be subject to a $200 fine and/or 30 days imprisonment. In addition, upon proof of violation of § 130.01, any licensee under SDCL Title 35 or the amendments thereto who is approved or recommended to be approved by the governing body of the county may be revoked or suspended pursuant to SDCL § 35-2-10.
