§ 155.071 PERMISSIVE USES.
   A building or premises shall be permitted to be used for the following purposes in the RA-1 Residential District:
   (A)   Single-family dwelling.
   (B)   Two-family dwelling.
   (C)   Up to and including six single-family attached units in any one structure.
   (D)   Multiple dwelling.
   (E)   Elementary and high school.
   (F)   Nursing home.
   (G)   Neighborhood utilities.
