§ 155.043 CONDITIONAL USES.
   A building or premises may be used for the following purposes in the RS-1 Residential District if a conditional use permit for such use has been obtained in conformance with the requirements of §§ 155.200 through 155.212.
   (A)   Group day care.
   (B)   Private lake.
   (C)   Group home.
   (D)   Nursing home.
   (E)   Convent and monastery.
   (F)   Electrical substation.
   (G)   Public utility facility.
   (H)   Day care center.
