(A) In addition to any other penalty authorized by state law or county ordinance, each violation of this chapter subjects the individual to a fine of $200 and/or imprisonment for a period not to exceed 30 days.
(B) A violation of any resolution passed by the Board of County Commissioners under the authority of this chapter is deemed to be a violation of this chapter and punishable as provided in division (A) above.
