(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) The transportation of overweight and/or oversize loads without a permit, or in violation of the specific terms of a permit, as described in § 70.15, is punishable by a maximum fine of $500, in addition to any other civil or criminal penalties provided by law.
