§ 52.11 RECYCLING COLLECTION AND/OR PROCESSING FACILITY LICENSE.
   It shall be unlawful to purchase recycled materials or operate a recycling collection’s facility or a recycling processing facility without first obtaining a recycling collection and/or processing facility license.
