§ 52.10 GARBAGE HAULERS LICENSED AS RECYCLABLE COLLECTORS.

(B) Haulers shall offer to their residential customers a minimum of once a month recyclable collection and at least once a week garbage pick up in order to promote waste reduction and recycling.
