§ 154.242 HOME OCCUPATIONS.
It is deemed appropriate to allow limited non-residential activities to operate in conjunction with a residence in those zoning districts where residential dwellings are permitted, provided the regulations protect the character and integrity of the unincorporated area. The objective of these regulations is to allow limited commercial type activities associated with a residence only to the extent that the activity is clearly subordinate to the residential or agricultural use of the property. Due to the diverse pattern of development in the rural area, the regulations provide for both minor and major home occupations.
