§ 52.06 REFUSAL TO ADMIT CERTAIN VEHICLES.
   The transfer station manager or his or her designee shall have the authority to refuse the admittance or the unloading at the transfer station of the following vehicles: those so loaded or uncovered so that material may fall or be blown off the vehicle while in transit.
