A building or premises shall be permitted to be used for the following purposes in the I-1 Light Industrial District:
(A) Public utility facility, electrical substation;
(B) Antenna support structure;
(C) Office;
(D) Bank or financial institution;
(E) Indoor recreation facility;
(F) Mortuary; and
(G) Nursery or greenhouse.
