§ 50.26 APPLICATION REVIEW AND RESPONSE.
   (A)   The Department shall review an application and supporting documents. Upon satisfaction that the application conforms to the provisions of this chapter, the Department shall issue a written certificate of compliance.
   (B)   If the application is incomplete or does not meet the requirements of this chapter, the Department shall deny the application.
   (C)   A notice of denial shall be provided to the applicant, which must state the reason for the denial.
