§ 153.102 NOTIFICATION.

   (A)   In accordance with the NFIP regulations, communities must notify the applicant, in writing, that the issuance of a variance will result in increased premium rates for flood insurance.

   (B)   In accordance with the NFIP regulations, communities must notify the applicant, in writing, that such construction below the BFE increases risks to life and property.
