§ 153.025 DESIGNATION OF THE FLOODPLAIN ADMINISTRATOR.
   The county’s Geographic Information Services (GIS) Coordinator is hereby appointed the Floodplain Administrator to execute the provisions of this chapter and other appropriate sections of the NFIP regulations and 44 C.F.R. pertaining to floodplain management.
