§ 50.01 PUBLIC INSPECTION OF ORDINANCE.
   (A)   This chapter for the regulation of on-site wastewater treatment systems in the unincorporated areas of the county is hereby adopted.
   (B)   The public may inspect the entire On-Site Wastewater Systems Ordinance of the county at the office of the County Auditor during regular business hours or online at www.lincolncountysd.org.
