§ 30.23 ANNUAL ESTIMATE OF PROJECTED EXPENDITURES.
   The Airport Board, on or before June 1 of each year, shall make an estimate of the monies necessary for maintaining, improving, caring for, regulating, and managing the Marv Skie/Lincoln County Airport, and for necessary structures and buildings to be placed thereon for the ensuing fiscal year. Such report shall be presented to the Board of County Commissioners in person by a member of the Airport Board.
