§ 151.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person who fails to comply with the requirements of the Uniform Building Code shall be subject to a maximum penalty of 30 days in jail and/or a $200 fine.
