§ 30.22 RECORD OF BOARD PROCEEDINGS.
   (A)   The secretary of the Airport Board shall keep a record of its proceedings and make such reports as may be required by the Board. In his or her absence or inability to act, the Board may appoint a secretary, pro tempore, to perform his or her duties.
   (B)   The records of such Board, kept by its Secretary, or copies of any such records when duly certified by the Secretary, shall be competent evidence of the proceedings of such Board.
