(A) The Airport Board shall hold regular meetings at least every other month and as many special meetings as it deems necessary. Four members shall constitute a quorum.
(B) If a member of the Airport Board is absent from three or more meetings in a calendar year, unless excused by the Airport Board, that member shall be automatically dismissed from the Board and that person will be replaced by the Board of County Commissioners as soon as possible.
(C) Meeting agendas shall be posted in a common area at least 24 hours prior to the meeting date.
