The Board members shall be appointed by a majority vote of the Board of County Commissioners, and of the Airport Board members appointed who are not County Commissioners, one member shall be appointed for one year, two members for two years, and two members for three years; thereafter, all appointments of members who are not County Commissioners shall be for four-year terms. Members appointed from the Board of County Commissioners shall be for a term of one year.
