(A) The adoption of the International Residential Code, 2018 Edition, will become effective June 1, 2021. The minimum building standards in the 2018 Edition of the International Residential Code and amendments thereto shall be applied to any building permit issued after June 1, 2021.
(B) The county shall publish the ordinance incorporated in this subchapter, without attachments, after its passage. The attachments are on file and available for inspection at the office of the County Auditor.
