The following regulatory codes, all appendices, and any future amendments thereto, established pursuant to G.S. Chapter 143, Article 9, are adopted and incorporated herein as the laws governing and applying to building, general remodeling and construction of all kinds in the county:
(A) 2018 North Carolina State Building Code;
(B) 2018 North Carolina State Energy Conservation Code;
(C) 2018 North Carolina State Existing Building Code;
(D) 2018 North Carolina State Fuel Gas Code;
(E) 2018 North Carolina State Mechanical Code;
(F) 2018 North Carolina State Plumbing Code;
(G) 2018 North Carolina State Building Code Residential Code;
(H) The National Electric Code;
(I) 2019 North Carolina Regulations for Manufactured Homes; and
(J) 1994 Edition of Volume VIII, Modular Construction Regulations.
