Record keeping responsibilities. Animal Services shall be responsible for properly keeping and providing any and all public records regarding its operation of the animal shelter and Animal Control as determined by:
(A) N.C.G.S. § 132-2, Custodian designated;
(B) N.C.G.S. § 132-3, Destruction of records regulated;
(C) N.C.G.S. § 132-6, Inspection, examination and copies of public records;
(D) N.C.G.S. § 132-8, Assistance by and to the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources; and
(E) The North Carolina Animal Welfare Act and Administrative Code.
