It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person to operate, tamper with, enter, pilfer, or damage any structures, equipment, or machinery at the landfill site. Any violation of this section shall be punishable as a Class 3 misdemeanor, and any person convicted of the violation shall be subject to punishment as provided in G.S. § 14-4. Each day a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense, and shall be subject to monetary fines and injunctive relief as provided in § 52.99 herein.
