The operator of a landfill site or a solid waste management facility shall not allow the deposit therein of solid waste from a vehicle that has been loaded or moved in such a manner as to fail to comply with the provisions of this chapter. Any violation of this section shall be punishable as a Class 3 misdemeanor, and any person convicted of the violation shall be subject to punishment as provided in G.S. § 14-4. Each day a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense, and shall be subject to monetary fines and injunctive relief as provided in § 52.99 herein.
