All scrap tires shall be delivered to the designated scrap tire disposal facility and disposed of in the approved manner as provided in the Scrap Tire Disposal Act (G.S. § 130A-309, Pt. 2B). Any violation of this section shall be punishable as a Class 3 misdemeanor, and any person convicted of the violation shall be subject to punishment as provided in G.S. § 14-4. Each day a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense, and shall be subject to monetary fines and injunctive relief as provided in § 52.99 herein.
