§ 113.21 DEFINITIONS.
   For purposes of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CASH CONVERTER. As defined in G.S. § 66-387(2).
   DEALER. As defined in G.S. § 66-406(1).
   PAWNBROKER. As defined in G.S. § 66-387(4).
   SECONDARY METALS RECYCLER. As defined in G.S. § 55-420(8).
