§ 96.07 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.

The Park and Recreation Director, acting on behalf of the Lincoln County Special Event/Mass Gathering Application Review Committee has the authority to revoke a special event/mass gathering permit if the holder of such permit fails to comply with the provisions required in this chapter or conditions stipulated in the permit.
