Whenever this chapter requires a longer waiting period or imposes other higher standards with respect to a designated historic property than are established under any other statute, charter provision, regulation, or ordinance, this chapter shall govern. Whenever the provisions of any other statute, charter provision, ordinance, or regulation require a longer waiting period or impose other higher standards, such other charter provision, ordinance, or regulation shall govern.
