A designation report prepared by or for the Commission may be considered at any meeting of the Commission, provided the notification requirements contained in § 153.041 are met. An application for designation prepared by the property owner and meeting all of the standards contained in § 153.039 must be received at least 30 calendar days prior to the next meeting of the Commission to be considered at that meeting.
