§ 153.037 DESIGNATION COMMITTEE.
   (A)   A Designation Committee shall be established from the membership of the Commission to review the inventory and recommend to the full Commission, from time to time, the designation of historic properties.
   (B)   This Committee shall also review applications for historic property designation submitted by property owners. It shall be available to meet with applicants for designation at an early stage in the process of preparing the application in order to advise them informally concerning the Commission's standards for reports, the criteria for designation, the boundaries of the property to be designated, and other relevant matters.
   (C)   The Committee, collectively and individually, shall refrain from any indication of approval or disapproval, but shall not, for that reason, be barred from reasonable discussion of the applicant's proposals. No advice or opinion given, or reported as having been given, by any member of the Committee at such informal meeting(s) shall in any way be official or binding upon the Commission.
